Here is a form you can use to a request an in- person, phone or virtual meeting with your local constituency staff.
This may be helpful when looking to discuss local concerns, seeking guidance in navigating government processes (passports, immigration, CRA, OAS/CPP, EI, CSL) or are seeking support in understanding government policy that is directly impacting you.
Please attach all relevant background information such as: program outlines and summaries, website links, expenses, and any other pertinent material.
